Services
Individual Therapy
I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults seeking support with a wide range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting stress, and challenges with mood regulation.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in deep clinical experience, always tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
Sessions are available both in person and virtually. I accept most major insurance plans and offer self-pay and sliding scale options to support access and flexibility. I am currently accepting new clients.
Psychological Evaluation Services
I provide psychological evaluations for adolescents and adults to support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and access to appropriate services.
My background includes decades of experience conducting psychological assessments across a range of settings. Areas of specialty include:
General psychological evaluations for diagnosis and treatment planning
Evaluations for veterans seeking diagnostic clarity for VA-related services
Forensic psychological assessments (pre-trial, trial, and sentencing stages)
Evaluations connected to Parental Responsibilities Evaluations (PREs) and Child and Family Investigations (CFIs)
While I am gradually transitioning away from court-related forensic evaluations, I continue to offer comprehensive assessments for those seeking greater insight and support around their mental health care.
Couples Therapy
I offer couples therapy for partners working through issues such as conflict, emotional distance, betrayal, or communication struggles. My approach is integrative and insight-oriented, supporting both partners in understanding how their individual histories and attachment patterns influence their current relationship dynamic. I have extensive experience working with high conflict divorce and family cases.
Through compassionate and structured exploration, I help couples identify the patterns that create distress, and work toward building stronger connection, deeper understanding, and the capacity for meaningful repair. Sessions are available in person and virtually. I am currently accepting new couples clients.

Insurance
I accept most primary insurance plans.
The cost of your sessions is determined by your specific insurance plan and may vary based on whether you have met your deductible and the amount of your copay.
For those with out-of-network insurance, I can provide superbills for potential reimbursement. I also welcome self-pay clients, allowing you the flexibility to use insurance or opt-out at any time.
To better understand your coverage, you may want to contact your insurance provider using the number on the back of your card. Consider asking:
Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How many therapy sessions are covered per year?
How much is my copay per session?
